Recently, I made two of my favourite treats.
The Japanese Cotton Soft Cheese Cake is not a new "project". I have made it a few times and shared with my family and colleagues. Good feedback were received.
I have not eaten Tau Suan for many years until a colleague mentioned that it is very easy to prepare. True enough, the ingredients are easily available and the steps are simple. This is my second attempt. It looks great and tasted heavenly with Chinese cruller.
