Potato Croquettes

This is my second attempt at making potato croquettes. The first time I had tuna fillings but this time I use minced chicken meat. As I did not chill the croquettes (no patience!) so they turned out pretty soft after baking.

Buns and Croquettes

These were the first three buns out of my little oven. The receipe comes from Happy Home Baking. Instead of sesame seeds, I used crushed almonds. The base was slightly burnt due to over-baking.

Also made potatoe tuna croquettes for dinner. The receipe appears in My Kitchen: My Laboratory. I used crushed Ritz biscuits to coat the croquettes. Frankly, these are my most presentable and delicious croquettes so far. I flopped at least three times in my "quest" to made potato croquettes from hear-say receipes.
